On Saturday, May 31st, over a hundred
children between the ages of 4-17 will launch their very own businesses. Some
of them, seasoned Kiddo-preneurs, have been participating in the bazaar since
it was established in 2011.
Kiddo-preneur, the first of it’s kind in the
country, is a bazaar where all the sellers are children. The first bazaar was
held at The Rockwell Club in Makati in December of 2011. Every year since then,
Kiddo-preneur has held events aimed at increasing the level of financial
literacy in the country and encouraging children to become entrepreneurs.
Kiddo-preneur believes that the values of
entrepreneurship and hard work, should be instilled in children early on so
that more and more of them grow up wanting to become entrepreneurs in the
future.
The Kiddo-preneur Summer Bazaar, which will be held
at The Atrium of Robinsons Place Manila, will run from 10am-6pm. Please come
and support these bite sized entrepreneurs and their big ideas!
